1. Purpose To ensure that operators use the equipment correctly and ensure safe and normal production.


2. Scope of application: Fully automatic rubber injection molding machine operation.


3. Responsibilities The operator must comply with the regulations and requirements of this document. The person in charge of the workshop supervises the implementation of this document.


4. Operating procedures


4.1 Start-up preparation and inspection 4.1.1 Check that the machine is clean, smooth, and in good cooling condition, and there are no obstacles at all moving parts. 4.1.2 Check whether the electric heating system, hydraulic system, and electrical system are operating normally. In manual or automatic state, each operation is normal. 4.1.3 Check that the safety switch, safety electric eye, emergency stop switch, etc. are normal and effective. 4.1.4 Check that the inner and outer cavity of the mold cavity is clean, and the mold is firmly fixed.


4.2 Equipment parameter adjustment and setting 4.2.1 According to the production process requirements, enter the man-machine interface to set the processing process parameters, and make appropriate adjustments during the trial production process. 4.2.2 Click to enter the interface function selection menu to select the most optimized new function required for the automatic production of the injection machine. 4.2.3 Select manual adjustment of the mold, pay attention to the concentricity of the injection nozzle and the center hole of the mold, and tighten the mold. 4.2.4 After installing the new mold, click to enter the main menu of the switch mold interface: first slowly close the mold and set the total mold opening stroke and the stroke of each section of the switch mold, clamping pressure, speed, vulcanization time and other parameters from the beginning. Certainly. The clamping pressure of the master cylinder should be set according to the size of the mold area. 4.2.5 Click the injection system menu: first set the injection volume of the mold, and then set the range of each segment, injection and feed pressure, speed and other parameters. Note: The injection and feed pressure and injection speed should be adjusted according to the hardness and toughness of the rubber. 4.2.6 Click and push the demoulding system menu: first set the mold advance and retreat, demolding, pressure, speed and other parameters of the top mold. Note: After the adjustment of the pressure and speed parameters is completed, in order to prevent damage to the mold and equipment, remember that it is forbidden to change the speed and pressure parameters during the production process. 4.2.7 Click the timing system menu: set the timing parameters of the vulcanization function timer and the special function timer. Reasonable setting of timer parameters can effectively improve and optimize the production capacity of the equipment. 4.2.8 Click the temperature control system menu: first close the mold and turn on all the heating switches, set the template and the temperature of the medium oil. It is necessary to clean the machine first after the temperature control of the heating system is fully stabilized to remove the original expired or vulcanized residual material of the barrel, and store the material to the set position before the test mold can be produced.




    

4.3 Production process and matters needing attention 4.3.1 During the production process, check the motor, pump, pipeline, and electromagnetic switch for abnormal noise or undesirable sensation. 4.3.2 During production, check whether there is any overflow between the injection surface and the injection nozzle, and pay attention to adjusting the pressure of the injection seat cylinder and the pressure switch. 4.3.3 Pay attention to investigate whether all template electric heating temperature control, medium oil temperature control and cooling water circulation are normal. 4.3.4 When the device flashes a red light, or when the device is abnormal, an alarm prompt or reason is displayed. Click the alarm display reason in the alarm display column of the main menu in the view interface to clear the fault in time. It should be reported to the supervisor at the same time, or the relevant technical staff should be asked to deal with it. 4.3.5 When production cannot be produced due to sudden power outages, water cuts, etc., please turn off the power supply. After the power supply is restored, turn on the power supply and heating system according to the instructions of the superior. After the mold is opened, the temperature of the medium oil is increased, and the rubber material in the barrel is removed by high-pressure injection. 4.3.6 In the event of any sudden emergency, quickly press the emergency stop button and contact the on-site management personnel to prevent personal, mold and equipment damage.


5. Work before and after shutdown 5.1.1 Shut down according to the shutdown instruction issued by the management personnel before shutting down. 5.1.2 Before shutting down, it is necessary to clean the rubber material in the storage barrel and the feeding pipe, and then close the electric heating switch. Inching the medium oil cooling switch, automatic cooling reduces the oil temperature. It can be shut down (closed power supply). 5.1.3 After shutting down, clean the equipment and pack the parts into storage.


6. Others 6.1.1 The operator is prohibited from changing the process parameters, and has the responsibility to prevent persons other than the technicians in the workshop from adjusting the process or production equipment without the permission of the person in charge of the workshop. 6.1.2 Reference file: "Rubber Injection Molding Machine Automation Operation Manual".
