The daily protection and maintenance of the injection molding machine means that the operators of the injection molding machine equipment routinely inspect the equipment before, during and after the use of the machine, and make daily inspection records. After daily inspection and protection, check for phenomena such as leakage and pressure changes. Early detection of incidents and warning signs, and timely treatment to avoid major incidents. (1) Check before using the injection molding machine


Check the oil quantity in the fuel tank:  Investigate, the oil quantity should be determined within the specification oil quantity;


Check room temperature and oil temperature:   generally can only be carried out in winter and summer dry season. When the room temperature (ambient temperature) is lower than 0°C, the oil should be preheated; when the room temperature is higher than 35°C, heat dissipation methods should be considered;


Check the pressure gauge: investigate whether the pointer of the pressure gauge swings severely, whether it can return to the zero position, and the range status;


Check the temperature control part: check the temperature controller, temperature sensing wire, heating coil, communication contactor or solid state relay, etc., check the heating time, whether the temperature error is normal, etc.


(2) Check in the use of injection molding machine


When starting, the overflow valve should be admitted to the ultra-low pressure, loosen the pressure regulating handle, and then start the oil pump to investigate whether there are abnormal conditions: such as whether the pump can output oil, whether there is abnormal sound, whether the pressure gauge is shaking fiercely, etc.; Rubber injection molding machine automation


Regulate and check whether the regulating pressure of the overflow valve can rise and fall evenly one after another, and then adjust to the set pressure when everything is normal;


Check the oil temperature, pump casing temperature and electromagnet temperature: oil temperature is considered normal when the temperature is 20°C-50°C, and the pump casing temperature is 10°C-30°C higher than room temperature. As shown on the iron nameplate;


Check the oil leakage: check the oil leakage at the joint surface of the pump, the output shaft, the pipe joint, the joint between the piston rod of the cylinder and the end cover, the sides of the oil tank, the equipment surface of each valve component, the equipment thread and the equipment flange, etc. ;


Noise oscillation check: whether the oil pump has a "cuckling......" sound, whether the electromagnet has a "buzzing......" sound, whether the pipeline is oscillating, whether there is an impact sound when the cylinder is reversing, whether the pipeline is loose, etc. View of;


View the pressure gauge;


Check the operating status of electrical components and the reliability of safety equipment;


Check whether the fastening nuts and screws of each machine column and cylinder components are loose.


(3) Inspection before get off work (after shutdown) of the injection molding machine


Check the oil level of the fuel tank: If you find that the oil level drops a lot after the shutdown, you should find out where the reduced part of the oil is, where it leaked and where it flows (on the ground, the trench is still the cooling water tank); rubber injection molding machine automation


Cleaning and wiping of the oil tank, various hydraulic components, oil cylinders, etc. exposed external dirt, clean the inside of the electric control box;


The position of the handle of each valve should be recovered to the position of "pressure relief", "stop", "back", etc.;


If it is convenient, use your hand to touch the oil filter, acknowledge the clogged condition, make a record and dispose of it;


Check whether the control switch buttons and various electrical components are loose, and the degree of activity is active;


Lubricating oil is added to the moving parts of the machine column and the oil-bearing bearing;


Turn off the power and fill in the shift record.


Although it takes some time and energy to check and protect the above-mentioned daily inspections, after checking and investigating phenomena such as a small amount of leakage, a small amount of pressure change, and poor movement, faults and signs of accidents can be detected early, and some simple treatments can eliminate hidden dangers. , To avoid big troubles and serious incidents, it is twice the result with half the effort.
